Moses' plea for God's pleasure among the people. Exodus 33: 13- 15
V. 13. "Now therefore, I pray You, if I have found favor in Your sight, let me know Your ways that I may know You, so that I may find favor in Your sight. Consider too, that this nation is Your people.” V. 14. And He said, "My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest." V. 15. Then he said to Him, "If Your presence does not go with us, do not lead us up from here."
Moses was privileged to converse with Holy God on a number of occasions. From the above passage Moses wanted God's favor upon the nation. His genuine desire was for God to be with them. He wanted to know God's ways. He knew that without God, life was futile. We can learn a valuable lesson from Moses in his earnest plea for God's pleasure to be upon them.
