Why Genesis?
Week 3

As I stated last week, what we believe about Genesis 1:1 has implications to the whole truth of God's word from Genesis to Revelation. The beginning and the end of human history are told in this amazing book we call the Bible. Origins in Genesis is essential to our human thought and future home!

Genesis 1:1 tells us that God created the world. Either you believe that or you don't.

Believing in a supernatural, creative God who made everything is the only possible explanation for the universe, for life, for purpose and for destiny. (Quote from John MacArthur sermon - Creation part 1)

I choose to believe what the apostle Paul stated in 2 Timothy 3:16-17:
All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.

Our Creator God is awesome!
